Biography:
A native of Kankakee, Illinois, he completed his undergraduate and veterinary education at Michigan State University. After four years in private mixed practice in Chestertown, Maryland, he pursued advanced training at the University of Florida, before joining the faculty at LSU

Research Interests:
mare infertility, placentitis, assisted reproduction in horses, factors affecting sperm quality in dogs and stallions, and the use of fresh cooled and frozen semen in dogs and horses
